I found this online and thought that it was pretty interesting.  Philly.com reports: 

The public will be able to read daily online transcripts of testimony during next month’s trial of five suspected terrorists accused of plotting to kill soldiers at Fort Dix….

 Complaining of pre-trial publicity, the defense asked for the trial to be moved. Asked where, a defense attorney suggested the Virgin Islands.

“All the reporters are smiling,” quipped Kugler, before nixing the idea.

“The Virgin Islands are not equipped to handle security,” he added. Only a few places in the U.S. have the security capability: New York, Chicago, San Diego and Miami, he added.
